Just bought myself Leslie Sansone's Walk It Off In 30 and started last night.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday you do a walking workout for 30 minutes, and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday there's a strengh training workout, with Sundays as a rest day. I have several of Leslie's other DVDs, and she's always my go-to girl when I'm trying to get ramped up on a workout program. Her workouts get me moving, which is what I need at the beginning, and can be a catalyst for me to get on the ball in the exercise department!
I haven't seen the strengh training portion yet, I'll let you know how it goes, wish me luck!!!
