I would like to drop eight pounds by the end of April. That's less than a pound a week, which seems realistic. Losing just 4 pounds would put me at a previously achieved weight which I would also consider a worthy goal.
They say it's a good idea to write down your goals. That is one that I have.
Another is increasing (slowly) the distance I run during my exercise time. This week I'm at roughly 1.5 miles while walking the remainder of my 45-60 minutes workout.
My hubby, mrthndave, has been a great support and inspiration. Thanks, Babe! And Sparkpeople has been a great guide and tool.
