I may be joining Curves.....

I found a Groupon for Curves. I bought it and thought I would give it a try!

Why Curves you ask? Well.....I do not have a problem getting in my cardio but, I'm really struggling with doing my streatching and my streangth training and I figured that's pretty much what Curves is so I thought I would give it a try.

My starting measurments:

Arms: 11.5
Bust 40.5
Waist 37.0
Hips 46.0
Thigh 24.0
Body Fat 34.7

My Current weight is 179.0

It's worth a try! emoticon

  I go to Curves three times a week and love it!!!!!!!!!! It has helped me so much with my weight loss. When I started I couldn't even get off my couch without help. Now it is no problem. you will really enjoy the way you feel each time you work out.

    Curves is a great way to start strength exercises! I tried it and found it easy to follow and I was not having to worry so much about form. I hope you love it.
