Even when I'm sick, the countdown continues.
Time to focus on today.
My tummy isn't hurting as bad. That's a good thing.
I'm going to focus on getting in all my water - I woke up feeling dehydrated this morning. That's not normal for me. I usually am lately, but I don't feel it. So time to change that.
I have some left over salad from supper last night for lunch today. Butter lettuce, cucumber, pear, cranberries and home made salad dressing with extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, asiago cheese, pear, salt and pepper. It's really yummy. I usually have avocado in this salad too, but we were out. Time to improvise. So the cucumber went in. lol
Supper tonight? I haven't even thought about it. Maybe grill up some of that fish we bought on Sunday. That would be awesome actually. Grilled fish, steamed rice, and asparagus.
I really need to make sure I eat more earlier in the day to help keep those sugar cravings in the evening away.
I also need to get active again.
I only work a short shift today. I can go and do something after work. Maybe it's time I downloaded the swimming schedule for the leisure center. I really need to do something. I want to dance too. I just don't have the space. But even once I have the space, I need to know what I'm going to work on - what dance, what moves, what specifically. Do I need music? Video?
Time for me to get my head out of my butt and butt off the couch.
