Yay! Week 12 and down 19.8 pounds! Woo Hoo! Doing what I can! I'm enjoying this ride! So still need to lose 8 pounds to be in my healthy BMI but feeling positive! Feeling Good! I went out with the hubby on Valentine's Day and wore this adorable little skirt and felt amazing! So getting in near to maintenance and wrapping my brain around that. That is where I really struggle. It's free once on maintenance so that is motivation. I'll keep you updated. Have a great day Sparkies!
