I had a decent day today. My dude isn't much of a talker and when he doesn't talk to me for nearly a week it makes me feel insecure (no surprise there!! Hah). But I'm going to wait and let him come to me! I have to tell myself to not look needy.
Anyway, I got a good workout in today. Some kickboxing and a whole body strength workout. I sort of make up stuff as I go and add it to the tracker. I'm beginning to really feel the workouts, since I've been doing them steady for a few days now (jumped back on the wagon after my tooth problems have gone away).
Now, it's 12:30 am and I need to get to bed. I got to bed VERY late last night because of work, but tonight I finished work at (gasp) 5:30! Got the house cleaned up a bit, had a healthy dinner with the kids, AND got a good workout! I am trying to make every day like this.
