DAY 180 & MAY HAVE FOUND MY FOOD GROOVE!

First, its time to celebrate!!
Today marks DAY 180 of my exercise streak! I'm going to be really busy today but the plan is to get a 3 mile walk in for my LAST CHANCE WORKOUT for BLC
My other exciting plans for the day:
We're going to the animal shelter and checking out a jack russell terrier that we saw. We thought getting Rosco a playmate would be nice.
Once that's done I'm going to start batch cooking. I have a lot to do so this may get split up between tomorrow and Wednesday so I have time to get my 3 miles in.
Now, on to my food groove.....
I've noticed in the last week a few things
1). My sodium levels have been within range except 2 days
2). I've had a Barney smoothie (my recipe) every night for the last 8 nights, a couple hours before bed. I've weighed myself every morning and I'm literally going down every day by 2 ounces. If this keeps up I'll be down a pound (or more) by weigh in on Wednesday.
This leads me to my next point....
I've monitored my weight loss for the last 2 BLC rounds and I've started to notice a pattern. I lose 2 weeks in a row and then on that 3rd week I gain. I'm hoping to break that cycle on this next weigh in. If it happens I'm thinking it has a lot to do with my smoothies, the lower sodium levels, and I'm not eating anything 2 to 3 hours before I go to bed.
I'm excited to see what the scale says. If I see a decrease on Wednesday I may turn these into daily habits. I'm not one who adds additional salt to her food so my sodium levels are purely coming from whatever is in the food.
