Today was a good day, food-wise. I spaced out all my snacks, I had a great dinner and a healthy dessert.
I'm tired, and for some reason I was very antsy at work. I couldn't sit still, it was too hot, I was too tired to work, I tried to put on loud music to liven the place up but it didn't help much.
So far I've been staying on track, and I am nervous and excited the closer I get to my Friday weigh-in. I don't want to jinx it, but I am really looking forward to being in the 180's!!!!
