My motivation is lacking today. I managed to crank out 30 crunches and some planks, but that's it. So I sit here, for if the SO to watch KUWTK. Trying to formulate a plan for tomorrow. How do you guys stay on track?

    I enjoy exercising. i found some fun new routies so i look forwork to my exercise time. my eating is not all that undercontrol. not sure if it simple motivation or if my eating habits are that mindless.
