Surprise surprise. It's February in the middle of Winter in Vermont. It's deffinetly cold out there. I got out for a short walk, but that was enough.
Last week I did pretty good. I got all my goals done. I only walked 4 of the 7 days. Not due to weather either. I stayed within my calorie range pretty well.
My goals for this week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of houseowrk
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark 6 of the 7 days
My goals for Tuesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my claorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 marki
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
I've also figured out another exercise goal. Theres a long stretch of road that goes from my town to the next town Essex, Jct and it's got all sidewalks along the way. I will make it my goal to be able to walk the entire length, 6. 7 miles by the end of the summer. The other good thing about it is that it's along a bus line so I can walk so many miles, and then take the bus home. I'll start reporting on that progress as well. Last week I walked a mile and a half of it.
