After 34 days of 60 minutes of the Ultimate Yogi program, I am getting pretty darn flexible.
I can hardly wait to see how I am at the 108th day.

    I think the beauty of yoga is doing it every day makes an improvement in the state of your body, your emotions and your brain function.

Why stop at 108 days? Unless this is this specific program time period.
