Week 5-6 - New Year, New Me

Feb. 2- 15, 2014
No change in the weight. Didn't gain or lose during these two weeks.
I am up to 30 jumping jacks. I've been waking. Eating fruits but need to add more veggies.
Next goal - stop eating out so much and make more meals at home.
Thanks to everyone for your support. It's helping me keep my goal in sight.

    Good job on increasing the jumping jacks! Walking is my favorite, very good for a person. The weight' s not changing, but how are your other measurements doing? Keep pushing!
