...and gained 49 pounds.
To be fair, I also stopped eating right, drinking water, all those things, and generally became a writer sloth.
I suppose it could have been worse. I could've gained 50!
So, I'm back on this s#it.
I will walk until I can run again.
I will eat the way I'm supposed to.
I will try doing other stuff, other exercise, too.
But I'm going to try and follow the same plan I did in 2012.
It's the winters that kill me, man. I GOTTA find some kind of exercise I can do indoors, in the winter...any suggestions for indoor cardio that won't require me to effing /grapevine/?
