Need to Change Things up

I was 181.8 on Friday, and this morning I am still 181.8 pounds. Now when I saw the number on Friday I was glad to see it because I had been stuck on a higher number for a few days. But seeing the same number all weekend and again today is enough.

I had gone on a quick shopping run yesterday. I bought 4 fuji apples & a small container of blueberries. Figured it would be nice to have something different for a snack besides cashews.

I also need to get off my butt a bit more. Been sitting alot the last week. Time to look back at an earlier blog from this month and do more of the exercises that I have posted. Maybe with the fruit & exercises together I can get that number to change again.

    Cashews are a source of protein, but they are high in fat. You may want to check out other nuts.

  I stocked up on fruit yesterday. My weight was stuck for a couple weeks! I only weigh in once a week. It was frustrating, but I keep telling myself that good things are going on inside ; ) Hide the scales for a while and you may be pleasantly surprised in another week! Good luck! Eileen

    I've heard we should only weigh once a week as our weight will go up and down each day, and during day as well. Maybe the cashews are a bit too salty? I love Fuji apples - eat one every day!

Seeing a theme here? Drink lots of water, keep your fat intake high, and give it a few days. Using up stored fat is nothing like pulling the drain on a tub, more like shaking the last of the ketchup out of the bottle, lol!
