I was 181.8 on Friday, and this morning I am still 181.8 pounds. Now when I saw the number on Friday I was glad to see it because I had been stuck on a higher number for a few days. But seeing the same number all weekend and again today is enough.
I had gone on a quick shopping run yesterday. I bought 4 fuji apples & a small container of blueberries. Figured it would be nice to have something different for a snack besides cashews.
I also need to get off my butt a bit more. Been sitting alot the last week. Time to look back at an earlier blog from this month and do more of the exercises that I have posted. Maybe with the fruit & exercises together I can get that number to change again.
