Sunday's Fitness Update

So I am going to try to update my fitness each week on here....I don't need to be held accountable for exercise but for eating...and I track my food on my myfitnesspal app on my phone....and I stay usually within calories and I'm still not losing weight....ugh....anyways...

Monday....60 minute body pump
Tuesday....rest
Wednesday....30 minute zumba (had to watch my nephew for a bit, so I was late)
Thursday.....30 minutes weight, 60 minutes running
Friday.....rest
Saturday....rest
Sunday....waitressing

I would like to point out that my rest days do have fitness minutes according to my body media...but I don't count them since they werent me actually working out...just moving fast....

    What is your calorie range on MFP? I find that sometimes MFP puts people way too low, that's why I am asking.
And you can always try to increase your activity level too.

    This worked for me and it may work for you. Eat to the upper end of your calorie range then the next day eat under it by about 100-300 calories. It will take 2-3 to register but I lost 3 pounds and now about 1-2 per week.
