You've come a long way in the past almost 2.5 years. Your weight loss hasn't been as fast as you would have liked but you haven't let it stop you from accomplishing each goal you put in front of you.
You hit ONEDERLAND on July 12, 2012 and have maintained staying in ONEDERLAND since then. When you plateaued for 6 months in 2013 you didn't let it get you down or derail you. You kept fighting for those pounds, sometimes even ounces, yet still proud of what you accomplished.
Then in fall of 2013 things started on the right track again. The scale started moving (allbeit it slow) and you were inspired by a dear friend who was training to run a 10 mile race at Walt Disney World. Thus, began the researching of finding walking friendly races. You were successful in finding the St Jude race that is held in Memphis TN every December. You made a goal "I will walk that race in 2014."
The 1st Monday of November you started training. December you got off track a bit with holidays and such but come January you were focused. Over the last 24 hours you have looked at previus times for your 6 miles and have noticed vast improvement. From your first 6 miles in November 2013 to your last 6 miles on Valentine's Day you've shaved a whopping 17 minutes off of it!

The last week of January you celebrated registering for the Biggest Loser half marathon on Rockford IL. You need a time to report to St Jude upon registration. The weather has started getting better in FL and you've tweaked your training schedule. Its time to get down to business and finish this training!
You can do anything you set your mind to. You've proved that between hitting ONEDERLAND and knocking each of these training sessions out.
