I still have a lot to work on. I realize that I don't drink nearly as much water when I go to my boyfriends house. I really need to make sure I stay on top of that, even there. Today I feel bloated and tired. I did jumping jacks today and I did not enjoy them. Because I'm bloated my stomach bounced too much making it painful. I'm back to drinking water now and hoping that it will help me out a lot! In fact, I know it will. I think I'll get fruit for lunch. I'm feeling as though I need it, especially if I plan on cutting sprite out. I drink one can on my first break and one at lunch because I can't have caffeine. I turn towards sugar to give me energy when I'm at work. I would love to buy a lot of fruit to take with me to work but in my house it won't last a day.
