Need to keep drinking water!!

I still have a lot to work on. I realize that I don't drink nearly as much water when I go to my boyfriends house. I really need to make sure I stay on top of that, even there. Today I feel bloated and tired. I did jumping jacks today and I did not enjoy them. Because I'm bloated my stomach bounced too much making it painful. I'm back to drinking water now and hoping that it will help me out a lot! In fact, I know it will. I think I'll get fruit for lunch. I'm feeling as though I need it, especially if I plan on cutting sprite out. I drink one can on my first break and one at lunch because I can't have caffeine. I turn towards sugar to give me energy when I'm at work. I would love to buy a lot of fruit to take with me to work but in my house it won't last a day.

    Buy a lightweight panty girdle at Walmart and wear it when you get floppy belly. It helps support it and allows you to continue exercising. Don't wear it all the time, however, as your muscles need to learn to do the holding in.
