Today I read an interesting blog about goal setting. The focus was not the scale or even to lose weight. Here's the link:
I decided to post my own motivating goals:
Performance goal: to consistently walk a 5k in an hour or less.
Real-life goal: get rid of the car seat belt extender
Health goal: get rid of my pre-diabetic diagnosis
Movement goal: 30 minutes of exercise, six days a week
Feel good goal: reduce stress by daily doing 15 minutes or one action off my to-do list
