No crazy dreams or nightmares last night.. I always wake up every 30 to 60 minutes from the fibro, so fortunately I did not have one of those nightmares that return no matter how many times you wake up and go back to sleep..

The night before was a nightmare that a guy broke into my home, kidnapped me and took me into the northern woods to a house with a lot of other young people,, no threat to me, they just would not let me go..This dream kept up all night,even each time I returned(four times) from the bathroom!! I was so exhausted when I finally woke up to go to work...
Today is picking up a few things at the store; milk,etc. then home to clean and do laundry,, work out with the bands and ball..I am trying new things to relieve the constant pain in my right arm and shoulder.. My yoga does help some, along with the bands..

    I'm glad your yoga helps. Eating a gluten free diet would cut back the inflammation.

    Wow, that is crazy dreaming. I hope the rest of the week if you dream it is pleasant. Hopefully the exercises will help ease the pain. I just remembered. When I first started hot flashes (12 yrs. ago) my Doc put me on Paxil. I also had crazy dreams. I had to laugh though. The meds were supposed to ease hot flashes, and I ended up sweating like crazy. Even just putting dishes in the dish washer. I took myself off the meds. Now I rarely have hot flashes. Thank goodness.

    glad to hear u did not have crazy dreams last night and hope u have a good day today.
have u tried some relaxing yoga before bed,
or scripture readings from psalms or some other positive readings - that helps me when i have bad dreams
