Hi everyone sorry I haven't been around for two months. No excuses just reality I have put thirteen pound back on I have not been watching what I'm eating on working out a regular basis. But no more I'm back and not going anywhere. So plan for the rest of Feb. is as follows.

1. Walk for an hour aday.

2. Cut my Diet soda

3. Stay positive/Never give up.

Missed everybody.

    Everyone is digging out from all the winter months. I am hopefu that spring is closely approaching! Jules hope you are back on board and all the other Sparkers that are digging out! emoticon Love ya!!

    I think I gained like ten pounds back, but I'm not sure. I think this happens more often than not, and you should keep striving forward. Today, I am going to the gym and also I am starting to log what I eat. Maybe that should be my Lent goal one of them. Hmmmm. Hang in there!

    This hasn't been the friendliest winter for most of us trying to live the healthy life; it's just a challenge to stay warm! Perhaps the worst of winter is over now and Spring is just around the corner!! Warmer temperatures will definitely get me outside and walking more and that helps me stay focused on what I want most!

Hmmm... trade the diet soda for water, stay away from sweet and salty foods/beverages, and you'll eventually not want soda! Am I sure of this? Yup! Been there, done that. ;)

    Glad you're back Jules and have a great plan! We missed you and everyone has struggled so you are not alone. The extreme weather has put a strain on many and made sticking to a diet and exercise hard.
