Hi everyone sorry I haven't been around for two months. No excuses just reality I have put thirteen pound back on I have not been watching what I'm eating on working out a regular basis. But no more I'm back and not going anywhere. So plan for the rest of Feb. is as follows.
1. Walk for an hour aday.
2. Cut my Diet soda
3. Stay positive/Never give up.
