I love to watch it snow. That's what I did yestarday. I didn't go out at all. The snow was just too much blowing, and it was cold. We got all snow though, no ice. I love those kinds of storms.
Got all my goals done the last couple of days. Yestarday I didn't get any walking in though. Not even a walk at home tape. Instead though I did get a lot of reading done.
My goals for Sunday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my caloire range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
