Chickpeas Βalls With Αromatic Herbs

Hello Sparkfamily! Hmmm... meatballs or chickpea balls! Take a look!
15oz chickpeas (cooked or tinned)
2 leeks, finely chopped
4 spring onions, finely chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 bunch dill, chopped
10 mint leaves, chopped
salt and pepper
1 tsp cumin
4-5 Tbsps olive oil
Mince the chickpeas in a food processor until soft, but not completely mashed.
In a large bowl combine the minced chickpeas with all remaining ingredients; use your hands to bring the mixture together.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. For best results refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes before frying.
Heat some olive oil in a heavy based fry pan.
Cook the balls in two or three batches, tossing occasionally until golden. Enjoy!
