I got this for my husband (stroke in 2006). It was working fine but one day stopped hooking up with the internet. I can't get it hooked up again. I did the first day but can't get it going again.
Today also I had enough energy to try to fix my husbands computer. He can't really think well enough to make good use of it but it makes him feel good even to play games or fiddle around. I could not fix it! I looked for help in a few places and even called their help line. I was on hold for over an hour! The message kept repeating that they suggest paying for their "VIP help." I have a feeling if you don't pay, you get NO HELP at all. It is a computer advertised by AARP for the elderly. It has big pictures and a touch screen and built in Skype and other things. But I can't get it to hook up (again) with our NETGEAR wireless system. I had it going but can't get it going again.
