Internet problems! Ugh!

It was taking 5-10 minutes before a 'click' would get a result! OMG! I was so frustrated.

I tried what I knew, Then I called the cable company. I was on the phone with their tech people about 4 times. Then I called them to actually come here.They were scheduled to come in 2 days--more delays.

Then, I had my own tech person connect remotely and do his thing.

So...finally!!!!!! I am back to normal.


When I get a program from the Internet they always download lots of junk that I don't want. I decline lots but eventually my computer gets messed up.

He told me don't have "roc" files added.

If you know tricks related to this--please let me know! emoticon
