Quitting is not an option

Saturday, February 15, 2014

After a bad day (or a few days) it is tough to get back on track. We all know it is best to ASAP get back on track.

In times of stress and being overwhelmed and life's demands we want to ignore what is best for us and just get comfy with some food. How well I know that scenario!

And... going out for a walk or going to the gym or the pool or just getting out of the house seems too hard!

We know we will feel better as soon as we get back on track. So....Quitting is not an option!

When you stop and remember we did not get over weight in a few weeks or months so it is going to take time to lose the weight and make changes daily to get us back to a healthy weight and to use those changes daily to keep it off. We can and will do this. No, quitting is never an option!
