After a bad day (or a few days) it is tough to get back on track. We all know it is best to ASAP get back on track.
In times of stress and being overwhelmed and life's demands we want to ignore what is best for us and just get comfy with some food. How well I know that scenario!
And... going out for a walk or going to the gym or the pool or just getting out of the house seems too hard!
We know we will feel better as soon as we get back on track. So....Quitting is not an option!
