Stop crying over the past... I have already started to exrcise, I chose a few exercises to reinforce quad. which is to me mandatory if I want to get back to dance classes and to gym.
My outer leg muscle feels great, the inner hurts a bit but should be fine,,,,
Gimme just a couple of days, let me do something more every day and I'll tell what to do in case of knee injury....
I will make it, dear friend!!!
