Stop crying over the past... I have already started to exrcise, I chose a few exercises to reinforce quad. which is to me mandatory if I want to get back to dance classes and to gym.
My outer leg muscle feels great, the inner hurts a bit but should be fine,,,,
Gimme just a couple of days, let me do something more every day and I'll tell what to do in case of knee injury....
I will make it, dear friend!!!

    You should really rest the knee as you could do irreparable
    damage. Do upper core workouts. Don't push yourself.

    You can also focus on upper body and core work for a while, and let that knee rest - I fell after a hurricane and tore just about everything in one knee, and was in a brace for 4 months (had to have surgery) - so take care of that knee, they're very tricky!
