Week Seven: Day 45 Feeling the Change.

I didnít go to water walking today but I did do exercise. I felt okay but the told of the Mac and Cheese had havoc on my body. I havenít been eating much dairy or bread/pasta. I do have then but limited. Last night I had a glass of Nitro Stout and Mac and Cheese. It tasted real good but this has been a month and half since Iíve had something that isnít good for my body. Normally, Iíve been trying to fuel my body will good food choices. When I hopped on the scale it boosted my weight up instantly. Most likely from salt intake, water (bloating), and the tasty garbage I invited into my body. This just confirms how important it is to take care of my body with what Iím putting into it. It also shows how easy it is to gain the weight going back to poor choices in food. I donít want to go back. Yes, the food tastes good for the night but afterwards I donít feel good about the choice I made how it makes my body feel. I will have foods I enjoy but itís all about moderation. I will still have foods I crave and enjoy but in moderation.

Today I went to the chiropractor, my goodness I was sore and hurting afterwards. I went straight to acupuncture and it was calming and I felt way better. He put those special Chinese ointments on me that just patched me up. I have those pins in my hand. He said it will be good for just tonight. It was funny, he said, Iím not trying to torture you but this will help you and you just need it for tonight. I felt good afterwards, even for a few hours afterwards. However, the pain crept up and my goodness, I was crying out from the pain. I havenít cried from the pain in a long time but this time I broke down and cried out from the pain. My dog mustíve knew when the pain was starting because she kept close to me and was trying to comfort me by cuddling up to me. She wouldnít leave my side, and then the pain hit badly. I put more Chinese ointment and popped to Aleve in my body. Iím feeling much better, but I know it might creep up again.

I hope everyone is having a good Valentineís Day. Iíve been chilling watching documentaries and cuddling with the pets. Giving them extra love.

Tomorrow my plan is to go to deep water class and rest up.

    I am sorry about your pain. Hope you feel better today. I am glad that acupuncture helped ease the pain for awhile. Hope the water aerobics class is a good one.
