welllll ok. if you saw my status, you know that i slipped and had a binge. but i also had the best binge-recovery ever, and ended up under my target cal intake!!!
breakfast today - smoothie with .5 cup of kefir, .5 cup of water, 10 frozen grapes, 1 scoop of muscle milk protein powder and 1 tbsp of pb2. also 2.5 egg whites and a cup of coffee with sugar free creamer.
lunch - 100 cal greek yogurt, 3 dates, 20 grapes
snacks - quest bar, banana, apple with 2 tbsp of pb2
binge - 4 more tbsp of pb2, 4 more quest bars, mixed pickled vegetables, piecec of wheat toast with crumbled blue cheese.
exercise - 22,203 steps, 28 flights of stairs, 1290 cals burned!!!!! by far, my best ever.
i've also had about 14 cups of water today, and didn't eat dinner or have drinks during my planned vday-ish dinner (my bf and i are both very casual about such things, so me having water while he had dinner and a couple drinks was not a big deal).
binge - VERY BAD
recovery - VERY GOOD!!!!
