Sleep in without guilt
Watch TV, knit, relax without guilt as long as healthy meals are ready, laundry caught up and house is clean
Make my family a no-yelling zone
Insist my kids do their own chores and clean their own messes
Stand firm with my husband about my needs and our kids' needs
Discard frayed clothes and replace with good condition clothes
