Halfway there - February

I set a goal of 30 minutes of exercise EVERY day in February. So far I have made it all days but one and that was last Friday when I was on a hard deadline and then had an early evening date with my B. U. Tiffle wife. The resulting goal is to lose a pound per week for a total of four pounds this month. So far I have lost two pounds. It's working.
