The scales finally showed a loss today--2 pounds! Praise the Lord! I'm just praying that the weight will stay off and I can lose some more. I knew I could do it (again). I will keep trying to lose and I will not give up. Thank you SparkPeople!
I have learned to shove vegetables into everything, that helps. plan minny meals in between. journal & always plan ahead. And if you exercise it help with the weight loss faster. eva 1339 days ago
