I am going to try something a little different. I am going to start a photo food journal. I will take a picture of every meal and every snack each day and at the end of the day I will post the pictures along with my daily nutrition totals, includes areas where I met, was under or over my goals.
I have never done something like this before, I do periodically post pictures of healthy meals on my FB page and I usually get a lot of friends and family wanting me to cook for them
I just want to see if a photo journal will help me visualize how much I have eaten each day.
