Final day of 6-week challenge

On the final day of my six-week challenge, I am a pound heavier than last week probably due to the lack of exercise this week. Looking back over the chart of my weight for the last 18 months, I weigh a pound less than last year at this time. My lowest weight was 199 during the summers. The highest was 204 during the winter.
Spark tracking has helped me to stay within a five-pound range for the last 18 months. Although my goal has been to get lower than 199, I am satisfied that I have stayed in a narrow range.
Part of my challenge was also to give up wine and sweets and I that part was a total success.
For the next six week challenge, I want to continue to try to get to 199. My smoking also was more controlled because I tracked it as well. Having to admit to smoking to others helped. I'm not ready yet to go to zero smokes a day, but staying at 3-4 per day nearly every day has been less than the 5-6 I was smoking before.
All in all, I feel good about my work at staying healthy. Winter will end and with it will come more chances to get out and exercise.
