This weeks workouts and week three of ab challenge

My workouts for Tuesday and Friday were the same but they were brutal this week.

Workout 1
Weight bar clean and press 1:00 minute with a 30 sec rest 24lbs bar used
Wide Grip Cable Rows 1:00 minute with a 30 sec rest 15 pounds less weight with more reps
Wide Grip Cable Pull Downs 1:00 minute with a 30 sec rest 40lbs less weight with more reps

Workout 2:
Single leg step ups 30sec per leg with a 30 sec rest
Lunges with 10lb weights 1:00 minute with a 30 sec rest
Kettle Bell squats with 30lbs 1:00 minute with a 30 sec rest
Kettle Bell straight leg dead lifts with 30lbs 1:00 minute with a 30 sec rest.

We did this circuit three times and boy was I feeling it by the second time through.

Day 15 0f ab challenge
70 situps
95 crunches
42 leg raises
60 sec plank

Day 16
Rest Day

Day 17
75 situps
100 crunches
42 leg raises
65 sec plank

Day 18
80 situps
110 crunches
48 leg raises
70 sec plank

Day 19
85 situps
120 crunches
50 leg raises
75 sec plank

Day 20
Rest Day

Day 21
90 situps
130 crunches
52 leg raises
80 sec plank

    Whew Shannon! I got winded just reading about your workouts! Are all these sit ups and crunches done in 1 setting or can you break tehm up throughout your day? Just seems like so much! I am really proud of you! You have more determination and obviously strength than I do!
