Another snowcation:)

Only this time I ended up with a nice cold to go along with it:( Oh well at least I am feeling better and can enjoy being home now instead of wishing I were home:)

Unlike our last snowcation where I was snowed in, this time I was able to get out:) I got all my workouts in except Wednesday. Rest day needed:)

Back at it today!
Deadlifted 185:)
200 is getting closer:)

Also got to spin last night and the instructor commented "that sucked" meanwhile I was thinking that was great!!!

514.03 miles for the year!

I prefer when a trainer/instructor says: "Keep pushing... you can give me more!!! " emoticon

You are moving and going - well deserve a rest day!!!
I am getting closer to my training goal distance for the month - I think I will pass it!
