I now understand the true meaning of this. I took a zumba class last night and then met my boyfriend fishing after. I fished for a while but I was so amped up from the class in between casts I was jumping around like a moron (also trying to stay warm it was kind of chilly last night) I did a wall sit as long as I could hold it, used the railing for some standing push ups, then used the lower rail for some tricep dips and also calf raises while I was standing there reeling in.
The hardest part for me is getting to the gym but god do I love the feeling of sweating my @$$ off and knowing I just had a great work out. The zumba instructor on Thursdays is super intense and I love it. I always feel great after words but the fact that I wanted even more when I was done and actually did it on my own is an accomplishment on its own.
I used to be very very active and ive found myself now on the lazier side and I want to get that active lifestyle back. I mean I sit at work for 8 hours a day theres no reason I should be on the computer (except to spark) or sitting in front of the tv when I get home and on the weekends.
