Best time ever!!!

Best time ever….

So two days ago I got to experience a great, great feeling. I jogged on the treadmill .90, and only walked the beginning .10 to warm up. I finished my mile in 13:21 minutes! Horrible for someone who has been doing this for years, FANTASTIC for someone who just started a month ago. My time a month ago was 16 minutes tops. Than yesterday, I jogged .90 and walked .10 and finished in 13:08 minutes!! This girl is going nowhere but up!!
But I have to confess…
I made peanut butter brownies Wednesday night, and let me tell you they should be illegal. You could not pry those things away from me for anything. So I’m very, very thankful that I’m at work today because that means less time at home with those brownies!! This is why I don’t make sweet things at home, I have once again learned my lesson.
I can’t wait for weigh in on Sunday, but something is telling me because of those brownies I can. Lol
Btw, my accountability partner is MIA, she’s a busy nurse student, so if anyone wants to join up additionally let me know. It makes it fun checking in with someone from time to time.
Here’s to a speedy work day, and I hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Wow - good for you! That is a fabulous run time.... you should be proud! Now as for those brownies (my daughter likes to make brownies & I HATE it when she does b/c the family never eats them fast enough, so they're a constant temptation!) maybe someone else can eat them? Or just one a day?! Good luck with that!

I'm on Spark every day and would love to check in on you if you need a new acctb. partner :) I love all the support that we get here on Spark! Have a great weekend!
