we had to set up 5 goals, personnal ones, for this weekend challenge.
Here are my goals:
Intake: Keep my protein intake in check, making sure not to eat to much of it.
Output: Getting a total of 45 minutes of exercises per day (I'm usually doing 30).
Share: Blog daily.
Support: Write on the Sparkpage of 5 of my Mocha teamates.
Participate: Do one «French word of the day» each day on the chat thread.
I love these goals, I love this challenge! The way it was customable is IMO really a great idea.
So far today, I wrote on the pages of my friends, I did my French Word of the Day, I tracked my breakfast and my lunch to see how I stand, protein and carbs wise.
I think I will make a meatloaf tonight, with sauteed red cabbage and butternut squash. But that might change, I'm not yet sure.
I'm really hoping I will lose each and everyone of the 4 pounds that I magically gained last week. Most of it is water retention and bloathing from eating carbs and TOM. So if I'm very mindful of how I eat and consistent in my tracking, I'm quite confident it will dissapear.
Enjoy your Valentine weekend. Don't feel guilty if you eat a little chocolate, or spend one evening on the couch with your significant other, it's importante to balance things out.
