Well this week I have been pumping it up a bit. I'm trying to do a minimum of 20 minutes on each of the 3 machines 4 days....which is double the minimum time i had set my goal for. I did do this Monday through Thursday plus some :) yea, go me. Today I did 10 minutes on each of the 3 plus an extra 5 on the elliptical. To say I'm a bit sore would be a minor understatement...lol. But it's a feel good kind of sore.
