Well I thought for New Years I would give up soda and I made it the whole month of January with out any soda of any kind and found I felt better. I have learned that I can have the occasional soda and not want them all the time. I am drinking tons of water these days and love it, I cut up citrus fruits and put in the water to flavor it slightly.
I have now started jogging as well as doing my zumba and wii fit things and weights!
I use the App Zombies,Run!! Become a Hero and I love it as it is fun to use and it also keeps up with everything and you can also sync it to other things and it will show your progress
All in all the one thought for New Years has led to many other thing
