Week Seven: Stayed within calories but didn't eat well.

I took it very easy today. I felt good. My back gave me issues only now and then, so I went to water class. I took it very easy. I made sure not to twist or do any jumping or activities that would hurt me. I was able to do some noodle work but avoid and modified movements.

My back is hurting now but itís the end of the day. I didnít do very well with my food intake. I stayed within the calorie range but I did have Mac and Cheese. I also had a glass of wine. No, not together. Still, normally I try not to have much dairy. Also last time I had wine was Thanksgiving. With beer itís been since the beginning of January. I will not cut out alcohol but I will make sure that it isnít routine. I tend not to have much of it anyway, however I do enjoy a good stout or Syrah.

Tomorrow is water walking. Iím going to try it and take it very easy.

Here is my updated challenge information for the week, for the fling into spring Challenge. Week one is done!!! I am switching out the rest day. Sundays are normally my rest day.
