Sweet And Sour Pork Chops

Hello Sparkfamily! Chops are on the menu for tomorrow evening and this is a favorite that I would like to share with you! Take a look!


Ingredients~

1 tsp or 1 packet mustard
1/2 lb pork chops
1/2 large onion
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tsps packed brown sugar

Directions~

Slice onion and place in bottom of a casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Bake at 350 F. for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!

    Sounds delish and reminds me a a dish I do.
Salt and pepper your chops, place a lemon slice on each. Top with a tsp -tbsp brown sugar. Mix ketchup and water 1/2 and 1/2 (guage amount based on number of chops you are cooking) and pour over-bake 350 x 1-1.5 hours uncovered.
