I did ten minutes of a video for tomorrow, instead of the whole video scheduled for today: ab intervals. I was tired just pre-watching it. I am sore. I am annoyed.
I ate two unplanned things because I got into a fight with my husband. I ate over 1,750 calories today. I was doing great at 1,370 calories and then decided to eat this thing that has like 300 calories in it but tastes so delicious and I was so mad and felt so deprived in that moment, it was a banana-flavored english muffin with a tbsp. of almond butter and half a banana, and then I also had a hard boiled egg. I am disappointed.
My fighting with the hubby is why we never worked out. He complained and said he had a cramp so stopped the lower focus video I decided to do instead. I think I am going to just do it without him he is acting like he is going to quit anyway. I do better earlier in the day. By 6 or 7 I am too tired to do this stuff.
Happy Valentine's Day. I will bet a lot that most of them will be better than mine.
