I haven't blogged in the past week because I've been super busy. But I've been keeping up with my exercise and eating well. We have been house hunting for the past week and we found the perfect house. We put an offer in on it today... so hopefully they will accept. I'm so excited.
Yesterday my hubby and I went and got tons of fruit and veggies, and other healthy stuff so we are all ready for the next week. We did an hour of intense cardio yesterday and worked on our glutes for 30 minutes. Today I woke up and did an hour of walking on the treadmill. We are gonna run a few miles outside in a while, and possibly walk more after. Then later we will be working on our abs and backs. We have our meal plans all made out for the next few days too. It feels good to finally be back on track!
