I had a setback and now I am ready to rev my engine again. When you veer off track, it is the littlest things that seem to make the big difference. I got sick, and then the gym lost power, and now we are socked in by another snow storm. I opened the front door to take a peek. I don't know the last time I saw so much snow in the front yard. Ugh.

So still on hiatus, but hope to turn things around quickly. Melting snow would be nice, but it has been frigid.

I am learning the important thing is to commit, and then let nothing pull you off track. Willing myself to stay positive. We can do this.

    I hear you. I am waiting for nicer weather so I can start going for my walks outdoors again..I hope you can make it to the gym soon, til then maybe just do some indoor exercise.... emoticon

    It's so hard to have to 'wait' , I have had a 4 month no exercise time since September and it nearly drove me batty!!! I put on 5 kilos. Gut wrenching after all my hard work to eat right and lose.
It went on so long i HAD to just go with it till I could get back on track. You really learn a lot when you are on this journey.
"Enjoy where you are on the way to where you are going" I think that was Joyce Meyer so i let go the frustration and 'allowed' myself to heal. I'm still not back on top but I know i can get there even if it is slowly.

Relax and use the time to feel better. You are amazing !!!! :)

    It is hard to be off your routine. I hope things get back to normal soon for you. We just had a snow storm, too. Been home since Monday evening.
