I find that my motivation for dieting and exercising AGAIN was seeing a picture of myself in my favorite outfit and not looking so hot. eep This may sound negative but I really had fooled myself into thinking I was trim and svelte. The truth was there, right before my eyes! I then started paying attention to my habits and then the difficulty I was having just getting off the couch. Self talk, "Okay girl, you can do better than this, get off your bottom and get moving!"
