I started or should I saw re-started my endeavor to lose weight last month. Got my Dr on board for help and advise. Happy to report that I am down 20 pounds for the first month. Weight falls off when you eat the right foods and don't raid the cupboard every evening. Feeling good and ready to start walking again. Decided to start taking the stairs for trips less than 4 floors for now. I will work up to more floors in time.
