See, even God has a rest day in The plan!
OK, OK, I'll calm down... some folks could get offended by the flippant God reference. But seriously, rest is a HUGE part of training and health. And on my training plan that's what TODAY is in the cycle, a rest day.
So I'll do my break walks, but I won't get intense. I shall remember to breathe. I'll do my little chores & indulge my mind in explorations, and I'll Spark. And I'll eat what's in the bag.
For LIFE is good. Even better when I'm fit. Consistent, conscious, and creatively grateful for the gift that is TODAY!
