AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH So today I started beta!! I was dreading it all day, haha! For me, Iíve always found that when I work out, I tend to find a comfortable spot and sit there, and not push myself after I get established. Which kind of led to the thought that maybe I shouldnít do any workouts today, maybe I should just stop and keep being comfortable and you know, I finished alpha and thatís good enough, right?

Except, it really isnít. Itís not good enough. Leaving myself half-finished is NOT what I set out to do. I definitely feel like I cleared a major mental barrier today! I did my workout, I enjoyed my workout, I challenged myself, and Iím going to keep challenging myself for the rest of my life because I AM worth it.

It was a good day. XD
