I currently live in Northern Texas and we have had our share of cold days this year. The usual that goes with all that, ice and snow etc. I am from Northeastern Oklahoma where the weather is much worse than here. The winter is mild here compared to "home". That being said.....I love it here!
My preference would be northern Florida but that just never worked out. Anyway, I never realized how much I dislike the cold and ice. I have ached for two weeks now and I fight to stay motivated to do my workouts. When it is warm outside I have no problems. I love Playing outside!
I just want to say PROPS to all of you who live in the Colder climates and still stay motivated to be healthy and fit! I think you deserve a reward I spent a couple of months at Great Lakes Naval Training station during the winter and never wanted to repeat that!
Thank you! LOTS of cold , snow and cabin fever here in Michigan! We haven't had a winter quite this rough in almost 40 years. I am hoping that means we won't have another one like this for another 40!
I have friends in North Carolina who are snowed in with no power this morning. I think the whole Country has gone into a deep freeze this year! 894 days ago
Moved from Florida to Pennsylvania a couple of years ago and it's a whole new ballgame. Never heard of furnaces, oil, boots, shoveling snow and the likes, yaaaikess!!! What a nightmare. 894 days ago
